Become a Partner

The process of establishing a partnership in our investment projects involves identifying your investment criteria and needs. We ask that you carefully read the information that follows, and fill out the "Partnership Inquiry Form" provided below. Once we have received your request we will contact you to go over the information that you provide.  

Due to the nature of our investment projects we comply with federal Securities Exchange Commission regulations. Due to these regulations, it is our policy to allow only "Accredited Investors" to  participate in our projects. However, under certain circumstances we do allow what is defined as a "Sophisticated Investors" into a project. Please review the definition of these terms if you are unfamiliar with their definitions.

Accredited Investor

An individual must meet one or both of these requirements to be considered an Accredited Investor

A. Income

An individual that has an annual net income of at least $200,000 in each of the last two years, or a joint income with a spouse in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, with a reasonable expectation of the same income level for the immediate future. 

B. Net Worth

An individual with a net worth or a joint net worth with a spouse of at least $1 million dollars. 


Sophisticated Investor

An individual that has demonstrated experience as an investor and or business owner who has an understanding of the inherent risks involved in any such investment.
